Hi FNB,
I just thought I'd give you guys Kudos for the good service I have been receiving from you guys for the past couple of years. I am not going to and say you are perfect (because you know as well as I do that you have a bucket-full of flaws) but I recon the "good" that I get with FNB, definitely supersedes the "bad". I have recommended FNB to a lot of my friends and some have actually switched from their banks to FNB and they are impressed with the service.
The one thing that I need to bring to your attention is the pedantic-ness[Sic] in your system when clients apply for long term credit facilities like (home loans, car financing and even credit cards). Most of the SA banks are really better than FNB in this regard, so please reevaluate your systems and T's and C's because you WILL loose a lot of clients due to these.
