Double Standards when granting credit

To Whom It May Concern:

The past 5 years have been quite a journey with FNB. It has been our family bank for the past few family generations, but unfortunately I believe this relationship with have to end.

I have been trying to apply for a overdraft of R500 with FNB for the past few YEARS, but have always been declined because I am deemed "High Risk". That wouldnt be a problem, if only for the fact that this same FNB has been throwing credit cards and loans at me, over the course of this same 5 years, settling them without ever missing a single payment. I do not have any other retail accounts, and I am failing to see how I can be approved for loans and cards, but not a overdraft.

So, after my most recent decline for R500 overdraft has been declined YET AGAIN, I have decided that I will be, by the end of August 2013, be closing ALL of my accounts, and I WILL be moving my business where I am not treated as a delinquent. FNB, I truly fail to understand how you can approve me for R65000, and decline me for R500!!! Go Figure!!!

As a final request, please re-look your system, because if you had more clients like me, you WILL lose ALOT MORE than R500 I can assure you!!
