Every month i have to call Absa iDirect for double debiting my account! in december the debited R3600 from my account, last month (January) they incorrectly billed me with the wrong premium amount, this month (february) they billed me R2 442.13 instead of the agreed R990! I'm so fed up with this because they keep saying they fixing it and they don't. I wanted to cancel my insurence with them since december and they breally making the decision very easy for me. annoyed!!
