I called into the call center around mid December, I spoke with a lady in the call center to sort out a outstanding debit that never came off on the 1st. The lady assured me that if I pay the amount via EFT I would not be billed again at the end of the month for the outstanding. I also requested that my debit order be done on the 1st of every month. I have now found that they had double debited me this month on the 24th and on the 30th. This is not the first time I have had a issue with there accounts department.
