Good Day,
I am experiencing problems with Coombe and Associates regarding my outstanding SA Multi Loan account. A week ago i was presented with a letter of Demand threatening to Garnish my salary and they are saying i consented to this.
In January a representative of the company came to my home and presented me with documents which he stated were for the collection of my outstanding arrears and said that i should fill in the Income and Expenditure form which is needed as a form of agreement, he then took my banking details and informed me that i would receive a call from a consultant or an sms informing me when my first debit is due.
I received the shock of my life when i heard that i consented to a section 58 which has something to do with being garnished but i was miss informed by Patrick. Under no circumstances would i have signed if i had known i was agreeing to a garnish and what really makes me angry is i tried contacting them in December 2012 and this"Garnish Order" was presented to me yet i hadn't spoken to anyone of them over the phone.
I'm appalled at how they handle matters without consulting clients.
I would really appreciate it if someone called to arrange.
