We are currently under Debt Councelling since 2010 that it has been approved by Court.
Since last year Mid March my husband was without a job, so I phoned the Debt Councellors to inform all our Debtors that my husband is not working and I cannot pay the full amount of the Debt Councelling with only my Salary, (which poor economic circumstances the company suffered cashflow problems, business went down etc and I have not received my full Salary), so I OFFERED an amout to be distributed every month until which time my husband starts working again, then we would make arrangements to catch up all the debt that fallen behind due to this situation explained above.
So Tessa of Wesbank phoned my husband and DEMANDED R3000.00 by the end of this week and R2175.25 at the end of the month.
Now, don't get me wrong here, althouh my husband started working again on the 18th of February, it is IMPOSSIBLE for us to pay that amount at the end of this week and even to pay the full amount at the end of the month because there are quite a lot of places that we have to catch up with.
I can offer Wesbank R1000.00 on the amount that is behind for 5 months the payment distrubition by Debt Councellors.
