My wife and myself are currently under debtreview and has been for more than 2 years. Despite this we are still getting rude phone calls and trackers sent to her work. My wife is a teacher and this is very embaressing. I pay the debt councellors every month and they distribute the money. Bayport keeps phoning me and telling me they are not receiving money every month but according to the debt councellors they are. The are also complaining that if and when they do receive a payment it is not enough and they want more, surely i have no control over the amount they get as it is distributed by the debt councellors. They also charge a ridiculous amount of interest. When they get R300 they charge more tha R700 in interest surely that cant be right. At that rate ill never pay off anything. The consultants phoning us are the most rude people ive ever spoken to and should stop harassing me and my wife as we are under dent review.
