Disgusting Service and poor response

Hi

My dad who has used this service on a number of occassions and up until January 2013 it work well, but if I can give any future clients a word of advice, don't ever pay your loan up before the time, I made an early payment for my dad on the 10.01.2013 and advised the relevant departments that this had been done, However they still deducted the full amount from my fathers bank account on the 01.02.2013, which he subsequently reversed as this was paid. We have phoned the call centre on numerous occassions and still the payment is not reflected, We have emailed them twice to no avail and to put it very crudely we are "" If this is how the service works and how the accounts are managed all I can say it is disgusting. How do we get this matter resolved if they keep saying that it is not paid.
