I would like to expose horrendous service I'm receiving from Regent, My car was hit twice in a space of 2 weeks by a gate at the complex where I stay and I logged a claim with Regent Ref DMT049376CLM-01 and DMT050346CLM -01, The first ref was allocated to Person Hendrika Jordaan who has never bothered to call me, the second is with Busisiwe Gwala who also never bothered to call me until I decided to make a follow-up on my own. It's been over a month and my car is still not fixed because they are waiting for the NCB details from my previous insurer yet I categorally stated that the insurance is in my wife's company name. Busisiwe told me that If I cannot obtain my previous insurance details they will need to deduct a percentage for NCB.Also because this is my 2nd claim within a year and there is going to be a percentage charge that is applicable. I gave her the go-ahead to do that since I want my car to be fixed and made a follow-up via e-mail to find out the progress and she hasn't even bothered to come back to me, Please can consumers out there be warned to seriously think before doing business with regent their customer service is beyond pathetic and very unprofessional.
