Who are U?

Got my yearly ITC report, and it seems like I owe Wonga some money. I cant remember requesting a loan from you guys, so please forward me a copy of my ID and the signed contract where I have requested this loan.

I've send e-mails to Wonga with regards to this problem and it seems that you guys just dont care.

I want this matter resolved ASAP
