I have applied to FNB for finance on a purchase of a commercial property. The process was started on 28 February 2013. Till today the process has not yet been finalised! Every time we submit something to FNB, it takes them a month to get back to us requiring additional information. I have had to supply proof of address 3 time due to it being out dated (due to the immense time taken from FNB's side).
This process is now entering it's 8th month, and we have complied with every single ridiculous request by FNB. We get absolutely no feedback. The reasons for the delays are also unknown to us!
I will NEVER in my life do commercial property business with FNB again. This is no way to do business nor to treat clients.
