Came in to my home branch to collect my credit card. My personal banker Gregory was not Available to assist as usual. Que at enquiries was very long as customary for a Saturday morning... There are 5 terminals at enquiries and only 2 people manning the terminals. Typical...
I asked Nelly (apparently team leader of customer enquiries) for assistance in getting my credit card. Her attitude was appalling and i was left with "just deal with it as we cannot do anything" feeling. Funny that i get that a lot lately from standard bank. Considering moving to another bank that understands customer service and has an attitude of "how can we help you? ", instead of "moving backwards".
