At about 09.00 today, I was at the Bank. The reason i was there, my bank card expired. I went to enquiries and was attended by other lady who asked me to deposit money so that she can be able to assist or give me a new card. Then i did that, then i went back to the queue, then i asked Nombongo to assist me but she insissted in helping someone whom she said was there at 08:00, cause she heard me complaining of coming early. All in all i suggest that you train your staff, talking back to an adult or a senior Citizen shows no respect. Your services is very poor. I will never recommend this Bank to any one.
