LADY AT ENQUIRIES TO ME

My family required urgent transport money back home. The only solution was to sent some of my debit orders back as unpaid. I did this with the aim of contacting my creditors in this week and pay them via eft since I have money due to me. However, by enquiries at mitchells plain, the lady (only lady wearing moslem covering for that day: 21 december 2013) told me that it cant be done. I knew she was either lying or simply did have lis to do the paperwork!
I then went to Standard bank in promenade where I was helped immediately by a lady called Ashlin. No questions asked. They only required my identity document and my signature. I did this transaction on saturday. Today is monday. And still this transaction hasn't been finalised yet. And still my family is stuck needing transport money! I know this is not a problem of standard bank, but I'm so sick and tired of being treated like an and receiving low class service based on the area where I stayed!!! I certainly woudnt receive a service like this in any affluent areas!
Please sort this out! I stood in line in the que at mplain town centre branch just to be to. And I'm a client of standard bank for more then 40 years!
