at the end of January i was tripple billed by NEDBANK, R1745 *3, i then phoned and requested for a refund on the 28 of January, i waited 4 days and the phoned again, the second consultant told me that the 1st one didnt requested for a refund, she did it and ony 700 was refunded, i then phoned and was told that 2 refunds were made which is 700 1745 which i didnt got, i faxed the bank statements reflecting only the 700 but still today im battling to get the 1745 which they say was paid, i there are a lot fraudstars opperating there, y on the first place 2 separate refunds has to be made? something fishy
