I took two funeral policy with Old Mutual for my family and my parents late last year 2012, The accounts are in good standing as They debit money every month, My problem is I am still waiting for the documantations to be sent to me, i've supplied my residential address twice but i'm still waiting. I don't know the full conditions of the contract I asked them to rather email the documents to me I was told no they need to be delivered, so please could you guys help out here.
