Extremely poor service

It has been now more than a year that I have been asking Vericred to send me the invoice they are claiming is outstanding at Medicross Randburg. Today, I have received yet again another call from a consultant asking to speak to my 7year old son!!! and when I told him that I had did not want to speak to him because of the fact that I have not received the invoice, his response was that he had never spoken to me. What stupid answer is that? dont they have records of previous conversations??? Medicross confirmed that nothing is outstanding, so it seems like Vericred is trying to extort money from me as they cannot produce this so called invoice. I refuse to be harrassed for some R300... And I swear, if they continue to do this, I will take this matter to my lawyers. I asked for a simple request, and a year on, nothing has been sent to me and yet, the calls keep coming through. They also better not have listed me on ITC when they are the ones who are not sendng me the statement.
