Would not go the extra mile For her Custome

We transfered money to customer for a car we bought. PAID R38 for immediate transfer and it doesn't reflect it customers account. We found the call centre and asked Mbali to contact the guy and tell him she can confirm that we paid it to his account to release the vehicle. But no way she can go the extra mile for her customer or even vind her manager. So we told her that we as FNB customer will move ou're account to capitec or investec bank. This is really pethetic, now we are imbarrassed and cannot get the guy to release the vehicle to the panelbeater because FNB has so many customers that they do not CARE to loose one or two customers.
SO WHY PAY BANKING FEES
