PRESTIGE? Complaint no.3 (no generic STD bank pls)

After complaining twice of no answer from STD Bank, they finally contacted me, first from the call centre to tell me the manager of the bank will be contacting me shortly and they will follow up.

After a couple of days the manager of the Rosebank's branch phoned me and apologised for all the ordeal and asked for my account number to follow up and resolve the matters, then she said se would contact me shortly. These was a week ago... still waiting!

SEE WHAT I MEAN!!?!?!?!?!?!?

So fed up.
