Assistant Manager of great help

I would just like to thank Dean, the assistant/stand in manager at FNB in Greenstone Mall for going the extra mile and delivering great service to me. I sold a car and was at FNB in Greenstone Mall accompanied by the buyer who paid the money into my account - FNB to FNB. However being a large sum of money we were told afterwards that the payment may take a further 12 hours to reflect in my account. The buyer was not prepared to wait another 12 hours and neither was I prepared to release the car if the money had not yet been reflected in my account, which is perfectly understandable on both parties, judging by the amount of cases circulating. Dean, who we were told was next in charge as the manager was not in assisted us by going the extra mile and offering personalised service. Dean said that he would try his best and accomodate us. Within an hour he solved the issue, which we were told nothing can done about it and we would simply have to wait, and the money reflected in my account. Thanks to Dean for outstanding service and I wish that all FNB staff could follow his example.
