I appreciate the good service at iWyze vehicles claims division. After having to take my car for repairs a car hire company tried to give me an uncomfortable vehicle. I told Mbali Mtshali about my fear of driving a smaller car and she went an extra mile in calling the car hire company for me. She told me to relax and took care of what was to be my worst experience of using car hiring services.
Not only that she went an extra mile she also gave quite a commendable attitude and ensuring that I understand everything she was saying. Within 30 minutes she called me again and informed me that everything is sorted.
I hope she can write a manual for all the other consultants that when you are helping a client always go an extra mile, make sure that you are understood, and please respect the clients' time.
