My father passed away and my mother had to open an bank account. The only bank open on a Sunday, CAPITEC bank. The service and the way they treated my mother was from the highest quality. They really went that extra mile to assist us with everything. Due to this exellent service that we received, my brother has also opened an account with them and I know quite a number of people who are also going to move over to them. Thank you Mpho for showing such extra care for an elderly person; not use to the business world. You are truly a remarkable woman and need an award.
We went to the Rustenburg Branch at the Waterfall Mall as well and we received exactly the same exellent service there as well. As my husband mentioned; you can see the staff has been trained to walk that extra mile with a customer. Any other bank would have just said sorry we can't help you.
We had to go to my late father's bank to tranfer funds and what rude service we got there. But I will write a complaint about them so all can see that as well.
