Quick response to incident

I had two transactions on my credit card and within a week from raising the incident, the one transaction was made void and the other's balance were paid back into my account. I'm very thankful for their quick response and how painless all the admin was to report the incident. Made a very stressful situation for me much easier. Very thankful for FNB's InContact keeping me up to date with whats going on with my accounts as well as the 24/7 assistance I received.
