Two weeks ago I got for an amount off of my FNB Cheque card. Apparently it was a online transaction for CD purchases.
I contacted FNB's Cheque and Debit card department at 20h30 that evening to report the incident. I received prompt and friendly assistance and they cancelled the cards immediately. Monday morning I sent throught the documentation that they required to report the incident. On Tuesday I was notified that my new card was available at the branch and on Thursday I received notification that the amount was paid back into my bank account. Awesome service.
