I had a problem with Medihelp for charging me and extra month membership fee after I cancelled.
I paid Medihelp with a heavy heart but then realized that I was listed by them for a default on Transunion.
I asked Medihelp to give permission to get me removed, but they blamed Transunion as they said that it is Transunion's rules to keep defaults on for 2 years.
I have consulted an attorney and was informed that Medihelp can give permission to have the default removed, but Medihelp says they can't because of Transunion rules.
Is Transunion making up their own rules... I was told that the Credit Act determines it... I know better than that.
