Can't get hold off call centre

Dear Mr Peter I have been waiting for my provident money for two months now, I have faxed and emailed my banking details over and over again but they always say its not clear enough. I emailed it again very clear copy of my banking details. I can't get hold of the call centre anymore I keep calling but no answer and there's no replies on my emails either... I just want to know when I can get my money and how much it is. My I'd number is 9202185132084 and I worked at salute security.
