On the 9 October I purchased something and paid vis internet banking. Atfer a week a emailed and contacted the call centre to hear why i did not receive my voucher. The lady said there was no more stock available of that product. that is rediculous! nobody notified me. She said i must forward my banking details and they will do a refund. I sent my bank details and proof of payment on 22/10/2013 and have still not recived the refund. i have sent several emails and no response! And when i try to call the call centre there is 50 ppl waiting in the queue. I already spent so much money on the previous call! thr amount of the voucher was R133.00.
