I am totally disgusted in your service!!! Since the 12th of June, I have been waiting for an amendment to be made on my home loan, which I was told takes 5 days, it is now the 21st of June and according to your call centre who by the way told our prestige banker this morning that the docs were on the way, has not even made the amendment!!! Now I have to wait another 5 days plus the lawyers sent a query this morning on the docs which takes another 3 days, I cannot wait and if this is not sorted out by Monday morning I will remove all my accounts and loans from Standard bank and move on to FNB.
