I completed an online app to check if Outsurance was able to beat my current insurance, which your consultant was unable to do. I was told that I was looking for Insurance for free... because no one can beat the price I am currently paying and then was told that I do not qualify for the R400. This is not what Outsurance advertised for. "If we can't beat your insurance we will pay you R400" you need to honour your adverts, irrespective!!!
