Travel Guard Chartis Very Disappointed

I took out this insurance in good faith in August of 2012 when I came on holiday to New Zealand. While on holiday i have been ill and needed to stay in Auckland City Hospital for a few days. I sent in a claim on the 13 November 2012 and I am still getting a bill for a outstanding payment. My main concern is I am leaving New Zealand at the end of this month and I need this bill to be settled as I would like to return to New Zealand in the future. Can someone please get in contact with me as I would like to have this matter settled soon. I have made numerous calls about my insurance but no-one seems to be able to help me. I am very disappointed and I don't see why I spent my money for this insurance because I am having so much hassles.
