I sold my car and after i couldn't find the Natis at home I went to the traffic dept to find out the car is still in Nedbank's name. Went to Melrose Arch Branch to find out the doc was delivered to the branch in 2009, but has gone missing in the meantime. This was more than 3 weeks ago. Still no sign of the Natis! Collected my husbands car's Natis today, and to my surprise when i got back to my office there was another person's documents in my stack of papers. I've left numerous messages at the branch for the gent to contact me, but even after i told them they gave me another clients documents (ID included) i am not getting a response... and still NO news on my Corolla's Natis.
