I'm not sure if my matter will ever be rectified, I have made full payment for my outstanding Foschini Account which was handed over to DMC. I've been calling the call centre for a settlement letter for the past 2 weeks now. Full payment of R1354.64 was paid on the 02/02/2013, this can be really frustrating. I've sent e-mails to different people with receipt or prove of payment to at least 4 call centre Agents.
