I had two judgements against me which i approached Flemix for a settlement letter which i received the one letter which was dated for the 7th of March 2013 one was received on the 7th of March. I had to await the second letter which i only received on the 11th of March i did the payment on the 11th of March e-mailed the letter and payment confirmation on the 12th of March for both judgements.
I then phoned Flemix to get the confirmation letters of receipt of payment, i have now phoned their offices on 3 various occasions and on the first call they told me that an amount of roughly R100 was still outstanding. I did the payments in full on the settlement letters that i had requested.
I paid on the 11th of March and due to the fact that i never received the confirmation letters from Flemix the 2 garnishee orders that are on my salary came off at the end of March thus putting me in credit of R200 at their offices.
I was told on Monday the 8th of April that an attorney would contact me which was never done and then i phoned again today the 10th of April and was told the attorney was in court.
I would like my confirmation letters of payment received as well as a refund of R200.00
