Firstly poor service I received from mega loans, I was told in december to take out a small loan to get my credit rating up, which I did, there after I got told my application for my bigger loan was in progress, I'm still waiting and all they come up with is excuses, I didn't need the small loan, but had to take it... so now I sit with debt I didn't need but needed more money... these people don't reply on my emails, they don't phone me nothing... its really poor customer service
