Peter Olyott - Call centre disgusting service

My mother was in a vehicle accident 3 weeks ago after which she logged a claim with Indwe... She received 1 or 2 calls within a 3 week period regarding her claim and receives an sms today that her vehicle will be written off... She submitted a quote to have her 2 doors repaired and the quote was less that the 70% of the book value Indwe claims which Indwe claims warrants a write off but still no one is willing to listen or understand where we are coming from... I try to contact the call centre and hold for more than 20 minutes to speak to a manager after which my call is cut and the contact centre representitive, Africa, representing Indwe isnt much help either, showing no compassion or understading, just another programmed robot trying to service the clients of Mr. Peter Olyott.. I always spoke so highly about Indwe to my family and friends after the years both me and my mother have been with them but folks be warned, good service only lasts for a while, so take it while you can... Indwe, i am really sad with your drop in service and lack of assistance when it is really needed, enjoy my installments like the clock work you take them everymonth and while it lasts... :(
