Call Centre not answering calls

We have an existing approved motor claim and our vehicle has been booked in at the panel beaters for today, we have been trying to contact the call centre since 8am (it is now almost 12) to activate our car hire benefit and there has been NO ANSWER, with being kept on hold for up to 20 minutes before giving up. This is not the first time we have had this issue.

Utterly shocking service.
