I got a call from one of the consultants at Bidvest FinRight Insurance who I feel forced me into taking a cover with them of the "installment protector plan". He had my details concerning the purchase of my car. He had my details and made as if i HAVE to take the cover with the car. I just gave in and decided I will cancel it. When I called them to cancel, I got through to a different person. The second person told me he is "investigating" my complaint about being forced to take the cover. My query was to have it cancelled and not be involved in anything else. When I call its very difficult to get hold of them, as you are taken from post to pillar, the numbers he gave me actualy take me to EDGAS and JET call centers. This guy even said he did not get back to me because they were moving offices, which i dont understand how is that my problem. It has been a month now trying to cancel this cover. That is all I want!
