Great service and feedbck recieved!

I lodge a claim on 18 December 2012 to get my windscreen replaced. The consultant (Edward) explained and apologised for the current backlog they experience due to the recent hail storms, but promised that my claim would be dealt with within the next week. My car was in 100% drivable condition and I was not in a hurry - so this was 100% acceptable to me. The next day (19th) a recieved a call from the repairing company - they made an appointment for the 21st at 13:00. GREAT! On the 20th I had a follow-up call from iWYZE - ensuring that an appointment was made. The repairing Company was on time - actually a bit early for their appointment, but did the necessary without any inconvenience to me. When they left, I thought this is now done and dusted, but late that afternoon I received another follow-up all from iWYZE to confirm that all is in order and that I am a satisfied customer! Well done to EDWARD & iWYZE!!! Always a pleasure to do business with you!!
