In 2008 I took a cellular contract with them, 2 ag cellular on special. After 3months the phone went dead, I reported them n they sent a driver from "courier it" to collect them. After 2 weeks they sent 1 phone back n I refused to accept that 1 cause I gave them 2 I asked where is the other 1. Since then I tried to make a follow up on my phones but and eventually I gave up. After 2 years someone called from bayport saying they will offer me another phone so I said its fine I just refuse to pay 4 something I don't have. Then they offered another ag cellular I said no for the amount I"m gonna pay I refuse to take another ag phone cause 3months down the line it will be dead. Since then no one called me again but I kept calling to find out cause the lady I spoke to said she needs to speak to her manager then she will come back to me but she never. Today I got a call from "mbc" or something the lawerys. I told told them I will not pay for something I don't have.
