Not responding to my emails and not informing

On the 24th december 2012 I was involved in an accident, my car was towed to Smd storage yard. I was rented a car frm the 27th december 2012. On the 24th January I emailed the lady who was handling my claim her name Maureen enquiring abt how far are they with my claim and was she aware that the 30 days for car rental, that I was left with few day, nd are they going to organise another car as I use it to go to work, she later responded by only informing me that the claim was approved and the authorasation to the panelbeaters. A week later I later I emailed and called the call center to know haw far r they with the car I was told Maureen will contact me which she didn't. Then last week I learnd that my car was still @ Smd storage yard, then I tried to call the call center again I was told that they will email Maureen and she will get back to me wich she didn't, I even send an email. On the 13th feb I receive a text massage that I have to return the car back which I did. I called the call center abt that and informing them that I really need a car then I was told that the manager will call me wich never happend. I am very dissapointed and hurt.
