I got a new card In January and since then my problems started. Firstly I can not draw money from any ATM as it says incorrect PIN. I can however use my card at a speed point. Secondly I can not transfer my money to my husbands account as it only says you have exceeded your daily limit. I have now been to Brakpan, Parys and Northmead branch to try and sort out my problem but it still persist. This is really shocking as I take of work to go to the Bank. The next time I go to the Bank will be to close my account of more that 20 years.
