I submitted a car accident claim on the 24th december 2012 with consultant by the name of Alex. i further execised my car hire option on the same day. its been over the 30 days with out any feedback with regards to my claim and furthermore the allocation days for the hired car have ellapsed.
My biggest frustration is that i called I-Wyze through out the month and lastly on the 29th day to seek clarity on whether i should return the hired car and to request extention for the use thereof since my claim has not yet been validated. Attempting to get feedback on the status of my claim from the consultant (Maureen) responsible for my claim has been nire impossible, i stand a better chance of falling pregnant, mind u im a man.
When i got hold of Alex on the 23rd of January since Maureen`s line is forever busy, he assured me that i`ll get feedback before the end of business day as he will copy both the line manger Lin Alexander about my claim. till now and still awaiting feedback. Awefull... awefull... awefull service.
