Called the Branch 2 days in a row and was sent from person to person and finally cut off.
Went into the branch on Tuesday 20th August and sat in a que for an hour only to be told by consultant that i was in the wrong que but she would assist. After another 15min she gave me an answer scribbled on a piece of paper i gave where with my deposit details. The figure indicated as to the "penalty" was outrageous. I left and came back later to speak to tow more people who took details and were going to give my info to a "manager" who would contact me. To date no response from that either. Shocking to see how you treat client who have a significant amount of money invested with you. My next step will be a visit to the branch and this time my attitude will not be the pleasant one it was as before. Its a pity one has to resort to hellopeter for help.
