I bought a vehicle from Audi Northcliff, took delivery on the 21 March, I forgot to take out 6 cd's from my old vehicle that was taken as a trade -in. I phoned 10 minutes after I left the dealership spoke to Dean Gomes the sales person I dealt with to please remove them. He promised me the next day it was done. He said I can collect the registration papers the next week and also my cd"s. I never got around to collect them in that week, I started phoning Dean asking him if they have a driver that can assist me. Never came back to me, I send e-mails never received any response. I then started phoning his Sales Manager, he never returned my calls. I then phoned in asking for the dealer principle, they don't have one, Ashleigh then told me she will assist me. I got a call form Paul, he told me I will have my registration papers that Monday 27 May, he is waiting for Nedbank. UNTIL TODAY NO I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PAPERS NOR MY CD'S. NO PHONE CALL NOTHING, I Send e-mails again last week, no reply. The only thing I can think that is wrong here, Nedbank was never settled by AUDI NORTHCLIFF???
