I have been sequestrated in August 2013. All creditors were send the papers. Nedbank however, has continued to threaten me with sheriffs etc and the harassment has been non-stop. After having send them the papers how many times, they still continue to harass me. Today, I was advised by them that they don't accept the sequestration papers and therefore I should continue making payments. When does the harassment finaly stop? All other creditors accepted the papers, what makes Nedbank so different?
