I have 2 loans with old mutual which at some point were in serious arrears because i had lost my job but as soon as i got a job i went to old mutual in germiston branch and i signed a new payment agreement which i have honoroured faithfully, but old mutual handed my account over to some company called trace on line and when i called to query i was trnsfered from pillar to post then i let it go thinking that since i am paying both the loans faithfully it will soon be over, then i got a shock of my life on the 4th of feb i got a call from a lady who told me that my accounts with old mutual have been handed over to them and i should come to their offices to make payment arrangements, she also sent me an email agents@ ultima-group. co.za and instructed me to send proof of payment. i dont understand old mutual is treating me this way, i have honoured my contract thus far y cant u do the same and debit my account as agreed and stop giving my details incompetent people who are rude and in turn ruin my day. i have called in on numerous occasion to get an explanation into y my account ws handed over to trace on line and i have asked for my statements and still nothing but bad service
