The service rendered by Outsurance is pethetic with regards to their subcontractor. I have reported a burst geyser 2 days ago and I have no hot water, excusses when the plumber is to come out is not acceptable. I will be going on 2 days without any hot water and every days the plumbing company mention tomorrow. My tenant is decideing to find a new place to stay, this is realy not acceptable. I want to cancell my insurance with outsurance due to bad service. regards Julien Regainald
