Rude, Cold and Inefficient

I would like to cancel my current contract with First for women, however I am told that it can only be done by my mother as the Insurance is still under her name (their records), however this insurance was taken over by myself almost 3 years ago. This was done telephonically for the "no fuss" to fill in paperwork option.

After having spoken to 2 supervisors, 3 call centre agents and having required 2 tows in the past 3 years they have still not gotten it right.

When I called in to speak to an Agent, she was rude and I asked for her supervisor, after having explained my situation, he simply said you need you mother to cancel it. My bank details, my Vehicle... yet they still have the incorrect details. As i further explained he noted that I have had an opportunity to speak, it was now his turn to talk...

I have never experienced such service before in my life!!! I want out, I am done with First for women. I have already received a better quote with better service and friendly, FLEXIBLE and efficient staff.

I don't want an automated apology, I do not want an alternative, I want to cancel my contract.
