MiWay is very good in taking new clients and solving issues of updating policies but when it comes to sorting claims they just absolutely pathetic, firstly you hold till no end on the phone for assistance. when some one does finally takes your call they too tell you all consultants are busy and when i try to contact Tramaine whose supposedly handling my claim then there's no response since last week Thursday, i did send through all the photos requested since 02/04/2013 and still no response, sent couple of emails guess what still no response. I'm just so disappointed at MiWay after having been insured with them for over 15months.
