Bad Service / Lack of Interest

I went to this branch on Wednesday the 6th to get a new card, card was issues after i provided all the required documents and told to use it after 48hrs.

I tried using the card after the given time to only find that my account has been "frozen" I called the consultant to assist in fixing this and she told me to come in again and re-submit my documents again as she cannot see the one I provided.

I spent the whole week trying to explain that I cannot come in again to do this as I already gave the papers I can email or fax, which I then did but her attitude just did not show any interest in assist or even looking for the documents i gave her.

I then called their office and spoke to a John who was able to activate my card within a minute, he went to Valerie's desk and got the documents and called me back to tell me that my card is active!..
